Eligible entrants
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over (excluding NT & TAS) who fulfil the method of entry requirements.

Committee Members (and their immediate families) of the Promoter (Croatia House) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter, including Palace Cinema, sponsors and complimentary ticket holders. ‘Immediate family’ is defined as any spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, de-facto partner, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent.

Method of entry
To enter, an entrant must, during the promotional period:
Purchase a ticket to any session of the Croatian Film Festival 2025 from 3 – 8 September 2025 at Palace Cinemas and submit the completed competition Entry Form on the Croatia House website, including a photo of your printed ticket, or your online booking receipt showing the number of tickets purchased online so each can be counted as one unique entry.

Every ticket purchase counts as one separate entry. For example, if one person purchases four tickets online in one booking and uploads their online booking receipt, they have four unique entries to the competition.

You must retain a copy of your ticket receipt – either online booking receipt or box office movie ticket - as proof of purchase. Without your receipt or movie ticket, we may not be able to validate your entry. In which case, the prize winner may be redrawn.

Prize draw
A random prize draw will occur on the 15 September 2025.

Location of draw:
To ensure equity and the highest standards of integrity, Croatia House will use an independent online service for random drawings.
The system takes all participants and randomly selects a winner and assigns a prize to the winner.

Notification of winners
Winner will be notified via email and phone no later than 16 September 2025.

Public announcement of winners
The winner of the prize will be published here:

Turkish Airlines Flights Prize Claim Terms & Conditions – Croatian Film Festival Competition 2025

  • Two Economy class return airline tickets with Turkish Airlines for the route Sydney/Melbourne – Zagreb/Dubrovnik – Sydney/Melbourne.

  • Valid from 08.09.2025 to 30.11.2026 subject to availability.

  • All travel must be completed by 30th November 2026.

  • Passports and visas are the responsibility of the winner.

  • Tickets are non-refundable (for cash), non-transferable, and non-changeable once ticketed.

  • Travel is restricted to Turkish Airlines operated services.

  • Reservations are available on a firm basis, however, are subject to availability reservation request no later than 90 days before departure is preferred.

  • Embargo periods apply. Travel is not permitted during gazette NSW and VIC school holiday periods, public holidays, and Easter.

  • Economy tickets consist of 1 x 8kg carry-on bag, 1 x 30 kg checked bag.

  • Any additional costs are the responsibility of the winner, such as airport transfers, land arrangements including accommodation, meals and activities.

  • Frequent flyer points are not applicable.

  • In case of no shows or early interruption of services (caused by the prize winner) a strict non-rebook rule will apply.

  • Tour tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-changeable once ticketed.

  • If the tour is cancelled due to bad weather, you will be offered to reschedule it for some other date within the eligible prize period.
